Direct print on fabric

We perform quality printing on fabric with different technologies such as digital, screen printing, transfer, flexographic printing. We also offer the graphics service for the processing of the material to be printed in order to ensure consistency of quality between the proposed design and the finished prints.

Longitudinal cut

Thanks to the varied and complete set of proprietary machinery, we are able to cut fabrics (natural and synthetic) in the longitudinal direction both hot and cold. The longitudinal cut makes it possible to obtain rolls of height according to customer specifications, improving manageability and the possibility of handling. The cutting service can be combined with many others, including the roll-up service to obtain metered reels.

Cross cutting

We offer the possibility to cut fabrics (natural and synthetic) crosswise into pieces. The cross cutting allows to obtain fabric cut into sheets, or tubular fabric for coatings according to the requirements. The cutting service can be combined with many others, including custom printing.

Customized cutt

We offer the possibility of cutting fabrics (natural and synthetic) with customized designs and shapes. The cut is made by a precise plotter that cuts cleanly, guaranteeing precision on every type of support, from cotton to jute to synthetic materials. The cutting service can be combined with many others, including custom printing and sewing.

Rolling fabric on metered reels

Calloni carries internally the rolling fabric service, providing the customer with the product in a suitable format to the required specifications. The service is offered on all types of fabric and can be combined with many others, including longitudinal, transversal and customized cutting.

Fabric dyeing

In addition to the standard colors offered, we are able to dye fabrics to approach any color submitted sample. The dye treatments can be applied to natural fabrics such as cotton, jute but also to some synthetics such as polyester mesh. The dyeing service can be combined with many others, including that of rolling up to obtain metric reels, or of longitudinal, transversal and customized cutting.
