Digital printing

Flexographic printing

Flexographic printing up to four colors combined at the same time with the possibility of front and back printing of fabric bags. Thanks to this technology it is possible to reach extremely advantageous prices for medium-high print runs.

External seam with single overlock

The best sewing solution in terms of quality/price and processing speed. The stitch line is created at the same time as the fabric is trimmed to prevent it from fraying. The machines used for this type of stitching have been internally adapted to guarantee an above-average seal, guaranteeing solidity to the packaging supplied. 

External seam with hem

The fabric is folded back on itself before being sewn from a fixed and resistant stitch. This procedure allows a superior seal compared to the other seams, ensuring a better resistance to traction. Possibility of using colored yarn, on request.

Inner seam

Seams suitable for the finest packaging, where it is necessary that only the fabric is the protagonist of the packaging. In this case, we offer the inner sewing service that will allow you to make the most of the print, fabric and accessory finishes.

Neat cut

Economic and effective solution because, thanks to the treatments carried out on our fabrics, we offer a neat cut that does not fray and does not damage the packaging. The clean cut is proposed for all packaging that must be closed later with industrial stitchers (supplied by us) or drawstring applied to the bag itself.

ZIg zag cut line

Elegant finish and alternative to the neat cut. The zig zag cut line is done precisely and meticulously to ensure that the fabric does not fray even after being worked.

Double hem

For a neat packaging it is possible to use the double hem seam on the mouth of the bag. This allows to give solidity to the upper part of the packaging, as well as a better visibility.

Simple hem overlock

The simple hem with overlock is mainly used to prevent any thread of the fabric from coming loose from the top of the bag. Furthermore, it is possible to use a yarn color that recalls that of the personalized printing of the bag, increasing the quantity of color of the packaging, so as to combine a technical function with a design one.

Flounce with single stitching

Finish suitable for enhancing fine bags. The upper part of the package is folded inside the bag and then stitched. In this way the mouth of the bag is precise and without any excessively visible thread or stitching.

Flounce with double stitching

Finish suitable for enhancing fine bags. The upper part of the package is folded inside the bag and then sewn twice. In this way the mouth of the bag is precise and without any excessively visible thread or stitching. Between the two seams it is possible to slide a drawstring for the closure bow of the bag.

Flat bottom

Bottom type suitable for rice bags, bags for vegetables, pasta bags, food bags, bags for accessories and more.

Square bottom

Type of bottom  suitable for bread bags, exhibition bags, customized bags and more. Ability to create rectangular bottoms, with custom sizes.

Round bottom

Type of bottom suitable for bottle bags, perfume and make-up bags, gift bags and more.

Drawstring sewed

The cord is cut to a length requested by the customer and then sewn to the side of the bag. In this way it is possible to make a quality bow closure, but cheaper than the drawstring to pull.

Webbing sewed

The tape is cut to a length requested by the customer and then sewn to the side of the bag. In this way it is possible to make a quality bow closure, but cheaper than the drawstring to pull.

Single cord tucked into the mouth

It offers the possibility of closing by pulling the drawstring inserted in the upper part of the bag, on one side.

Single cord threaded into the flounce

It offers the possibility of a bow closure by pulling the cord threaded into the flounce, on one side. The threading in the flounce allows for a more prominent compared to bow with the threading on the mouth. The type of cord is completely customizable: tape, webbing, cord or cord in the color and finish required for the product

Double cord threaded into the mouth

It offers the possibility of closing by pulling two cords inserted in the upper part of the bag, on both sides. Very fine finish for well-finished packaging with an unmistakable detail.

Double cord threaded into the flounce

It offers the possibility of a bow closure by pulling the cords inserted into the flounce, on one side. The threading into the flounce allows you to have a more prominent bow than the one with the threading on the mouth.

Cutting die on both side

For packaging where it is necessary to value the content, we offer the processing with a cutting die on both side, where the fabric leaves visibility both on the front and on the back to what is inside.

Front cutting die

For packaging where it is necessary to enhance the content, we offer  cutting die on the front side. In this way, the visibility of the product will be maximum and at the same time, it will be possible to print all the back side.

Fabric handle

Practical and economical solution that allows to obtain a handle directly from the fabric of the bag. In this way it will be possible to take advantage of all the printing and avoid additional processing. Depending on the material used, the handle holds up to 15 kg in weight.

Plastex bag

The best solution for a marriage between the visibility of the content and the natural effect of the fabric: Plastex. Back in fabric, front in transparent lining for storing your food. Colored border with the possibility of adding customized finishes.
